You have a vision, and you’d love an experienced partner to help you stay on track, keep you focused and organized, assist from idea to creation to launch, who can celebrate the wins and troubleshoot the issues, and who cares deeply about helping you create an event that has impact.

 

Clients must sign an inclusion rider & an accessibility contract. Payment plans available.

 

Our partnership includes:

Three multi-hour intensives.

We’ll start with a two-hour strategy session, check-in with a two-hour recalibration session at 3 months and do the final big push in a two-hour pre-launch intensive just before your event (6 hours of intensive).

Personalized planning resources.

You’ll receive access to the Radical Summits online event framework, plus our planning checklists, event trackers, email templates, and supporting documents.

Strategy, concrete plans, and inspiration.

Twelve one-hour consulting sessions to be used over the course of your project. (Recommend 6-9 month period.) 

90-minute post mortem project review intensive.

What comes after your event is almost more important than the event itself. We’ll help you find profitable, engaging ways to reuse the content you’ll generate as part of your event to maximize the usefulness of what you’re creating.

Video services.

Three hours of custom video production services for event video intros, outros, or to be applied towards a custom event commercial.

Similar to the long-term partnership, this is ideal for those who have planned online events before or who are creating something smaller in scope.

We’ll start with a two-hour Zoom strategy session at the beginning of our time together and check-in with a two-hour pre-launch intensive just before your event goes live (4 hours of intensive).

Strategy, concrete plans, and inspiration.

Six one-hour consulting sessions over the course of your project. 

60-minute post mortem project review intensive.

Our average commitment to VIP clients is 300-500 dedicated hours of service to helping you create the event of your dreams.
